DoCSCP E-Commerce Notice
CAI Global Solutions Nepal is registered as an e-commerce business in compliance with the Electronic Transaction Act 2063 and the E-Commerce Act 2081. We are in the process of listing on the Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection (DoCSCP) e-commerce portal. Listing reference: Pending registration per E-Commerce Act 2081.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and CAI Global Solutions Nepal ("Company", "we", "us"), a business entity operating under the Nepal Companies Act 2063.
By accessing or using any service offered by CAI Global Solutions Nepal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

You agree not to use our services for any of the following:
Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform — including but not limited to logos, design, text, software code, and documentation — is the property of CAI Global Solutions Nepal or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or underlying software.
Third-party software licences and game codes purchased through our platform are governed by the respective publisher or developer end-user licence agreements (EULAs).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nepali law, CAI Global Solutions Nepal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, including the Nepal Companies Act 2063, the Electronic Transaction Act 2063, the Consumer Protection Act 2075, and the E-Commerce Act 2081.
Any legal action arising from these Terms must be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kathmandu, Nepal.
9. Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication first. Please contact us at caiglobasolutions@gmail.com with a description of your concern.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the Arbitration Act 2055 of Nepal before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Consumers also retain the right to submit complaints to the Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection (DoCSCP) under the Consumer Protection Act 2075.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
